Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products, and deliverables provided by JeyAire Designs (“the Company”).
By requesting design services, consultation, products, or any form of work from JeyAire Designs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you are entering a binding contract. Payment is required as outlined below.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before commencing any project with us.

1. Copyright & Ownership

1. All services provided and all materials created by JeyAire Designs on your behalf become your property only upon full payment of all invoices associated with the project.

2. JeyAire Designs retains the right to:

   • use completed work for portfolio purposes (both online and offline),

   • list your business as a client of the Company, and

   • display your work in design competitions, exhibitions, publications, or other promotional materials.

3. Any concepts, drafts, mockups, or design materials submitted to you that you choose not to use or for which you have not paid within 30 days of delivery remain the intellectual property of JeyAire Designs.

2. Authority

Both the Client and JeyAire Designs confirm that each party has full authority to enter into this agreement. This agreement is binding and enforceable according to the terms outlined herein.

3. Design Charges

1. Charges for design services will be outlined in a written estimate or quotation.

2. Upon acceptance of the estimate or quote, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted fee is required before any work begins.

4. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

5. Complimentary artwork or revisions are limited to the number specified in the quotation. JeyAire Designs reserves the right to decline additional revisions beyond that limit or to charge additional fees.

4. Quotations

1. Quotations are prepared based on the Client’s visual brief and estimated time required.

2. Quotes may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if additional labor is required.

3. All quotes are valid for the period stated on the document; if no period is listed, quotes are valid for 30 days.

5. Payment Terms

1. JeyAire Designs may request a deposit prior to beginning any project.

2. If a deposit is requested, an invoice will be emailed to the Client, and payment is due upon receipt.

3. Submission of deposit payment signifies the Client’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. If no deposit is requested, the Client accepts these Terms & Conditions automatically by requesting services from JeyAire Designs.

5. The remaining balance of all project fees—covering artwork, branding, web development, graphic design, and related services—is due before JeyAire Designs proceeds with final production, development, or delivery.

6. JeyAire Designs reserves the right to pause or decline work until all required payments have been received in full.

6. Revisions & Additional Work

1. Revisions included with your package will be clearly stated in your quote.

2. Additional revisions or new concepts beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.

3. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late communication, unclear instructions) may extend timelines, and JeyAire Designs is not responsible for such delays.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• provide clear and timely communication,

• supply all required materials (content, images, branding assets, etc.),

• ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on copyright laws, and

• review and approve work within reasonable timeframes.

8. Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the Client for any reason:

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable,

• Any completed work beyond the value of the deposit must be paid for immediately, and

• JeyAire Designs retains ownership of all work not paid for in full.

9. Limitation of Liability

JeyAire Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project work, delays, or use of design materials.
Clients are responsible for final proofing of all work before production or publishing. JeyAire Designs is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect information after client approval.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging JeyAire Designs for any services—verbally, electronically, or in writing—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
