Any personal information you provide us with, including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of JeyAire Designs. The only time we would share your contact information is when we refer your business to our other clients. Your privacy and security are our top priority.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided by JeyAire Designs.

Please take time to read through our Terms and Conditions thoroughly and ensure you understand them before you commence a project with us. By requesting designs and/or services from JeyAire Designs, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and you are aware that you are entering a binding contract – payment is required.

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

1. All services provided and all materials produced by JeyAire Designs on your behalf will become your property upon full payment of our invoices.
2. JeyAire Designs retains the right to:
   1. use work produced for the Client as part of its portfolio materials in both its online and offline portfolios;
   2. add your firm to our client list; and
   3. use your work in design competitions, publications, exhibitions or other promotional purposes.
3. Any material or ideas prepared or submitted to you that you choose not to produce or for which you have not paid our invoices, within 30 days of submission to you, will remain JeyAire Designs property.

AUTHORITY

• The Client and JeyAire Designs each represent that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and that this agreement is binding upon the Client and JeyAire Designs, and enforceable in accordance with its terms.

DESIGN CHARGES

• Charges for design services to be provided by JeyAire Designs, will be set out in the written estimate or quotation that is provided to the customer. At the time of the customer’s acceptance of this estimate or quotation, indicating acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, a non-refundable deposit of 50%of the quoted fee will become immediately due. Work on the project will not commence until JeyAire Designs has received this amount. Complimentary artwork is limited to a set number of revisions. JeyAire Designs holds the right to refuse additional artwork/revisions after a set amount.

Quotations

• Quotations are generated by JeyAire Designs on the basis of the Visual Brief and expected time investment. Quotations may be subject to change if additional work is required.

Payment

• JeyAire Designs reserves the right to request a deposit from the Client prior to starting work on their project or Artwork. If a deposit is requested by JeyAire Designs, an invoice will be generated and delivered to client via email and payment is expected. By remitting deposit funds to JeyAire Designs, the Client is accepting the Terms and Conditions and entering a contract with the Company.
• If a deposit is not requested, the Client is considered to accept the Terms and Conditions upon request of services/work from JeyAire Designs.
• JeyAire Designs will invoice the Client for the remaining cost of the Artwork and associated services prior to the commencement of branding, website development and/or any graphic design. JeyAire Designs reserves the right to not proceed with these services until payment has been received in full from the Client.
